There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room with wood provided and an electric fireplace in the mudroom

The house has a main heat pump for heat and air conditioning.

All linens and towels are provided, along with paper towels, shampoo, basic soap, and toilet paper. There is a washing machine and dryer with detergent and fabric softener supplied. There is also an iron & ironing board at the house.
